BOSTIK ADHESIVE - HOT MELT BULK FORM

H1190A - Very good, general purpose, corrugated case / carton / tray forming EVA-based hot melt with short open-time and fast setting speed. Temperature service range is between +20°F to  +150°F.  Pastille form.

H1231 - Economical, EVA-based hot melt for corrugated case / carton / tray forming. Very fast setting with short open-time. Temperature service range is between 20°F to  +140°F. Slight petroleum odor.  Pastille form.

H1349 - Light colored, medium open-time, fast setting EVA hot melt for case / carton / tray forming applications. Temperature service  range is between 0°F to  +160°F. High temperature application.  Chicklet form.

H1378 - Low viscosity, medium setting packaging hot melt for bonding difficult substrates like grease-resistant or fluorocarbon treated board stocks.  Also, used in "stiff proof" packaging. Temperature  service range is between +20°F to  +140°F. Pastille form.

HMY-1505  - Exceptional temperature  service range between -20°F to  +174°F. Better hot tack and faster set, but bonds a narrower variety of coated / poly-coated stocks. HMY-1505 formula is available in glue stick shape as HM6305. Ribbon form.

H1623 - Medium open-time, economical EVA-based hot melt with low enthalpy, used for high-speed packaging lines. Temperature service range is between +20°F to  +140°F. Chicklet form.

HMY-1712  - Economical alternative to HMY-4205 multi-purpose, EVA-based packaging hot melt with low viscosity, good hot tack, medium-fast setting with medium open-time for bonding both uncoated and coated board stocks. Ribbon form.

HMY-4205  - "Workhorse", EVA-based packaging hot melt with low viscosity, good hot tack, medium-fast setting with medium open-time for bonding both uncoated and coated board stocks. Ribbon form.

HM 4315 - Versatile, high viscosity, fast setting polyethylene EVA-blend hot melt used for both packaging and product assembly. Wide temperature service range from -50°F to +170°F. Available in glue stick form as HM 6368. Slat form.

HM 6355 - Semi-clear, Eva-based, low viscosity product designed for lower temperature bonding of a number of flexible or rigid foam materials for specialty packaging applications. Slat form.

HM 8330 - High performance, EVA-PE blend bonds a wide variety of porous and non-porous surfaces including many plastics and metals. Very flexible, semi-translucent with long open-time. Pellet form. Available in sticks as HM 6360.

HM 8363 - High performance, EVA-PE blend bonds a wide variety of porous and non-porous surfaces. Flexible with a longer open-time. Pellet form.  Available in sticks as HM 6363.

HM 8386 - Lower viscosity packaging hot melt for difficult substrates including many polyethylene, EVA / wax or some foil coated stocks. Slat form.

MYD6003CX - High performance, low viscosity APP type hot melt with open-times ranging from 10 to 30 seconds at 320°F
to 100-plus seconds at 400°F. Can bond a variety of difficult substrates. Slat form.  Available in convenient large slat shape.

H1190A - "Workhorse", EVA-based freezer grade packaging hot melt for many wax, poly or varnish coated board stocks and meat & poultry packaging. Medium open-time with good hot tack. Versatile corrugated case / carton / tray forming; good hot tack for difficult stocks.  Pastille form.

300 634 - Premium freezer grade packaging hot melt. Can bond foil, SBS, clay-coated, lacquered and Kraft substrates. Temperature service range is between -30°F to +130°F. Pastille form.

6301335 - Well balanced freezer grade hot melt with good hot tack, medium open-time and medium setting speed. Widely used on difficult coated substrates in food packaging applications. Temperature service range is between -30°F to +130°F. Pastille form.

H1237A - Works well on high memory board. Resin rich, EVA-based, low viscosity, fast setting packaging hot melt for bonding recycled and highly inked board stocks.  Pastille form.

H1365-01 - Long open-time, slow setting, EVA-based adhesive used widely on SBS-coated or curtain-coated wax board stock. Also, used for bonding components in special filter applications. Temperature service range is between 0°F to 130°F. [Note: This is a suggested alternative to H1726.]  Chicklet form.

H1639 - Fast setting, good hot tack, excellent thermal stability offers a wide processing latitude and service temperature range. "Water white" color. Pastille form.

H1714 - Low viscosity, low temperature applied, EVA-based hot melt. Light yellow color. Pastille form.

H1726 - Long open-time, slow setting, EVA-based adhesive used widely on SBS-coated or curtain-coated wax board stock.  [Note: This is a suggested alternative to H1365-01.] Pastille form.

335 335 -  Versatile, medium setting with long open-time. Can be used as direct seal for frozen cartons and for  waxed, varnished and poly-coated containers. FDA compliant for indirect (175.105) and direct (176.180) food contact. Ideal for sift-proof carton seal. Pastille form.

H3320 - Fast setting, good hot tack, polyethylene-based hot melt for high speed case sealing. Offers excellent thermal stability and cleaner machinability. Temperature service range is between +20F to +150F. "Water clear" color when molten turning to "off white" color when cooled. Chicklet form.

H8389 - Polyethylene-based packaging hot melt offers high temperature resistance, ability to bond to poly-coated surfaces and has a higher resistance to sulfuric acid than conventional hot melts. Used on high speed packaging lines. Chicklet form.

M2751 - Economical "APP" type product used primarily on porous substrates for air filter applications and cabinet seal. Available in convenient "large slat" form.

H3199A - General purpose APAO-based hot melt with a broad service range and a relatively long open-time for non-structural assembly. Applications include bottle cap lining or attachment, filter end-cap attachment and mattress assembly. Block form.

H3213 - Sprayable, low viscosity, slow setting, long open-time, APAO-based hot melt which maintains some surface tack. Used for non-structural product assembly. Light yellow color. Coex form.

H3187-01 - General purpose, extended open-time APAO-based hot melt bonds well to most olefenic substances. Works on flexible substrates. SAFT rated at 190°F. Block form.

H3199 - General purpose, APAO-based hot melt with a broad service range and a relatively long open-time for non-structural assembly. Applications include bottle cap lining or attachment, filter end-cap attachment and mattress assembly. Block form.

H9036 - High temperature, high performance assembly application. Pellets form.

H5265 - Fugitive HM-PSA is "white water" in color. This is an improved version of the former H5007 with a reduced level of staining. Block form.

998 337 - Low tack, fugitive hot melt for tool bit or sharp edge protection (in appliances, etc.). Soft, resilient, transparent and easily removable protective coating used for machine parts and edge protection. Also, used as a tack down for sanitary protection products. Block form.

H5077 - General purpose, fugitive HM-PSA. "Water white" color with a slightly higher level of staining. Gives peelable bond between most polyethylene, polypropylene and paper substrates. Good for affixing credit cards or brochures to polyethylene substrates. Block form.

7911334B - Versatile, semi pressure-sensitive hot melt offers excellent adhesion to polyethylene or poly-coated substrates; widely used in freezer grade packaging on difficult board/high graphics substrate materials. Temperature service range is -20°F to +130°F. Block form.

H1763 - Extended open-time and extended "tack", EVA-based hot melt for bonding polyurethane foam to itself in upholstery or special packaging applications. Block form.

H2279 - Flexible HM-PSA with wide temperature application latitude. May be applied by spray, multi-bead or slot die. Long open-time. Used in non-wovens construction applications, mattress backing and disposable hygiene products. Light amber color, transparent in use. Block form.

H2284-01 - Versatile, all-purpose HM-PSA with aggressive tack and peel strength, excellent die-cutting. Applications include foam-to-foam, foam-to-corrugated, EDP and piggyback die-cut labels. Sprayable. Has SAFT at 160°F. Block form.

H2465 - Versatile and flexible HM-PSA for non-wovens, sprayable, bonds well to polyethylene, foam-to-foam, specialty packaging suggested. Block form.

H2900 - Flexible, HM-PSA with excellent specific adhesion to polyethylene and non-woven substrates in fabric or upholstery construction applications. SAFT rated at 140°F.

H2038 - HM-PSA used widely for product assembly, high temperature and/or shear applications and automotive, appliance, garage door and panel assembly. Has met several GM interior trim specifications.
[Lower viscosity version available as H2211.] Coex form.

H2211 - Versatile, high performance HM-PSA used widely for bonding trim, carpet, insulation or sound deadening materials to wood, ABS, other plastics and some metals. Sprayable. Wide temperature service range with SAFT at +196°F. Block form.

H2315-02 - "Work horse" product assembly HM-PSA with balanced peel, tack and shear properties. Bonds well to foam, paper, corrugated, various films for automotive, RV, appliance, office panels, plaques, carpet and trim attachment. Temperature service range of -20°F to +214°F. Coex form.

HM4165 - High performance, polyester, fast setting product designed for bonding a wide variety of textiles, non-wovens, vinyl film, wood and urethane foam. Excellent resistance to water and plastisizers. Temperature service range is -20°F to +284°F. Pellet form.

HM7116 - High performance, polyester with relatively low viscosity of 34,000cps at 392°F. Used for bonding wood, textiles and vinyl films in product assembly applications. Granular form.

HM7228 - Features relatively low viscosity (8,000cps at 392F), fast setting, good oil resistance and high temperature resistance of 320F (160C). Applications include oil filter assembly, non-woven construction and wood cabinet assembly. Granular form. [Available in pellet form as 4228.]

HM7229 - Lower cost version of HM7239 achieved by sacrificing some thermal stability (pot life). Granular form.

HM7239 - Versatile, high performance polyamide product features very low application viscosity (3,500cps at 392°F), slow setting, good oil resistance and a high temperature resistance of 239F (115C). Applications include oil filter assembly, non-wovens, construction and wood cabinet assembly. Granular form. [Also, available in pellet form as 4239 and a variety of stick sizes for use in many hot melt guns].
